Second wave of Reading Festival 2023 acts announced

Exciting news awaits festival enthusiasts as additional acts have been announced for this year’s highly anticipated Reading and Leeds Festival. BBC Radio 1 has revealed some of the new names, including Arlo Parks and Mimi Webb, creating a delightful start to Tuesday morning for fans.

Greg James’ Radio 1 breakfast show confirmed the participation of Sub Focus & Dimension, Rina Sawayama, and Easy Life, while the complete stage splits for all the announced acts will be unveiled soon.

Joining the lineup for Reading and Leeds 2023 are Mother Mother, Jamie Webster, The Amazons, and Sea Girls, bringing their exceptional talent to the stage. Additionally, fans can expect an infusion of heavier bands, such as Normandie, Magnolia Park, Pinkshift, Games We Play, and Graphic Nature, a nu-metal powerhouse from Kent. High Vis, Meet Me @ The Altar, and the captivating “neon ‘ugly pop’ queen” ZAND will also grace the festivals. Hardcore enthusiasts can look forward to performances by Knocked Loose and the tenacious punks Scowl. Moreover, Yonaka, EKKSTACY, an American talent, and many more will contribute their unique sounds to the festivities.

Reading and Leeds 2023 will showcase an impressive lineup of breakthrough hip-hop and rap artists, including D Double E, Finn Foxell, KiLLOWEN, Nippa, Kenny Allstar, Sainte, ShaSimone, BZ, midwxst, Proph, K-Trap, J Fado, Temz, and Malaki. These talented musicians will elevate the atmosphere with their genre-defining styles and energetic performances.

This second wave of announcements adds to an already star-studded lineup. Billie Eilish, The Killers, and Sam Fender have been confirmed as headliners for 2023, and previously announced acts include Lewis Capaldi, Foals, Imagine Dragons, and many more.
