This is why nearly 10 years ago they opened a coffee house with the bar sideways and an open section on the bar to encourage transparency and allow the customers to get involved.
The cornerstones of the business model are driven by ethics, quality, and experimentation. They trade directly with the farms we buy from ensuring the farmers are paid a fair price for their beans. They make buying decisions based purely on what is the very best coffee available – irrespective of price. Lastly, they are constantly experimenting with the layout of our shops and the way the customers interact with our product. This means involving people in the coffee experience and making the process of building your drinks overt and accessible.
