With just few days to go we’re sure your festival prep is in full swing, excitement is growing and the difficult packing process is underway.
This year headline include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foals, Biffy Clyro, Disclosure and Fall Out Boy.
Reading Festival will be held at Reading town, Richfield Ave, Reading RG1 8EQ on 26, 27 & 28 August.
Reading Festival is like the grand old dame of rock, to which anyone who has a vague interest in guitars needs to dance with at least once. More a passing out ceremony for the younger generation (expect plenty of teenagers off the parental leash for the first time), Reading still pull in the biggest rock line up in the UK, supported by stages from NME and Radio 1.
This is big budget rock, sponsored up to the hilt. Nevertheless there’s something very English about spending the day moshing in a field of mud (probably) before heading back to a B&B (you can also camp) for a nice cuppa (or something stronger).
Among the eclectic mix of music acts set to play over the weekend are The 1975, Mancunian band Courteeners, grime collective Boy Better Know, US rapper ASAP Rocky, Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots and Slaves.
